We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Content & Social Media Expert.

The successful candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality content across multiple mediums. This role requires exceptional creativity, organisational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. You’ll play a pivotal role in the success of Thrive Marketing and that of our wide client base.

We’re looking for someone who loves content…whether that’s creating it, consuming it or sharing it. Our ideal person will also LOVE social media.

Key Responsibilities:
 
Here is a little insight into some of the key responsibilities with this role. We are a fast moving, growing and dynamic company so there will be lots of opportunities to learn, try other things and develop the role.

  • Own social media (including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok) and plan, create and publish engaging and impactful content

  • Manage the content calendar producing, delivering and sharing all content to support Thrive and client marketing campaigns and activity.

  • A taster of the content you’ll be working on…blogs, social posts, videos, images, visuals, animations, landing pages, websites, white papers, publications, presentations, infographics, brochures, press releases, thought leadership articles…to name a few.

  • Craft compelling, engaging and impactful stories across a variety of materials and channels.

  • Collaborate with the wider team, associates, stakeholders and clients to devise content strategies and produce the best content to help our clients Thrive.

  • Ensure all content reflects the relevant brand including tone of voice, values and visual identity.

  • Optimise content for SEO/AEO to improve search engine rankings and increase organic traffic.

  • Analyse content performance and gain insights to make data driven informed decisions, constantly striving to improve what we do.

  • And other activities and tasks as they arise.

The Ideal Person Will…

  • Excel in copywriting and communication in a variety of different mediums.

  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with exceptional attention to detail.

  • Love all things content, writing, branding and communications.

  • Have a demonstrated ability to create high-quality, engaging and impactful content efficiently and accurately. (We’d love to see your portfolio showcasing your work!)

  • Have an ability to put yourself in the audience’s shoes and meet them where they are at.

  • Be proficient in video editing and production, content management systems, social media platforms, website updates, graphic design and analytics tools.

  • Have strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Have over 2 years of professional experience, with specific experience in content marketing, product marketing, copywriting, PR, or communications roles.

  • Possess excellent organisational, time management, interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, or a related field is desired, however for us it’s more about your attitude!

  • Have a full driving licence.

 

What’s On Offer

Location: Portmarnock, North County Dublin based office, with hybrid working available. 

Hours: 15 hours per week, with room to grow and increase these hours.
