We are thrilled to welcome Caroline Cullen to the Thrive Marketing team as our new Marketing Associate.  

With a wealth of experience in digital marketing, campaign management, marketing strategy and website optimisation, Caroline brings an impressive background that will play a pivotal role in driving our continued growth. 

Caroline holds an MA in Digital Media from Technological University Dublin, where she achieved First Class Honours, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Digital Marketing from the Digital Marketing Institute.  

Her expertise spans a broad spectrum of digital & traditional marketing disciplines, including social media marketing, search marketing, event management, website development, and digital strategy. 

With over 20 years of experience in various marketing roles, Caroline has worked extensively on website optimisation, search engine optimisation (SEO), Google Ad campaigns, and Campaign Management. In her previous positions, she led numerous successful marketing campaigns, ensuring visibility on Google and delivering measurable results. Her proficiency in project management, coupled with her deep understanding of digital strategy, will be invaluable in supporting our clients’ growth.
