Job Description 
We are seeking a creative, dynamic, and proactive self-starter to join our team as a Marketing Associate. This part-time role offers the flexibility of hybrid work, requiring you to work mornings Monday to Friday, with occasional work outside these hours for events and external engagements. 


Key Responsibilities
 

  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, social media, email, etc.). 

  • Support the planning and coordination of company and client events. 

  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities. 

  • Create engaging content for social media, blogs, and newsletters. 

  • Monitor and report on the performance of marketing initiatives. 

  • Collaborate with team members to brainstorm and implement new marketing strategies. 

  • Attend and assist with external events as needed. 

  • Manage client relationships and ensure their needs are met effectively and efficiently. 

  • To name just a few…there’s lots more to do and lots of room to get involved in lots of different activities and projects…how far you take it is up to you! 

 

Qualifications 

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 

  • Previous experience in a marketing and communications role is required. 

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. 

  • Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing tools. 

  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities. 

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 

  • Flexibility to work outside regular hours for events. 

  • Excellent client management skills. 

  • Attention to detail is critical.
